Tec Labs proudly stands behind our quality products. To request a refund, the following steps of our return policy must be met in full.
- Request for return must be made within 90 days of purchase.
- We require you to send any remaining unused portion of the product; if you do not have any unused product, you must return the empty box, bottle, or both. We also ask that you send a letter stating the reason for your return, along with your original receipt (no copies) to: Tec Labs, 7100 Tec Labs Way SW, Albany, OR 97321. Your original receipt will be returned to you with your refund.
- Be sure to include your name, address and phone number on all correspondence so that we can make sure your refund gets to you.
- In order for Tec Labs to pay for your return postage, print out and use our prepaid return shipping label to send back via USPS (see PDF). We will not refund the shipping cost if you use an alternative shipping method.
- Refund amount is limited to the purchase price paid minus any coupons, discounts, or shipping costs. We reserve the right to adjust the amount if a coupon value is present on the receipt and believed to be received as a discount and is not included in your refund request. If the original product container and valid original sales receipt are not included in the request for the refund, the purchase price will not be refunded.
